→ VERLONEY WOODSthe Verloney Woods mark the beginning of the territories of Kodavlu. The Woods are very thick and congested, with a scattering of many types of trees - birches, pines, maples and even beeches. Most of the trees are tall and old, with scarred, weathered trunks. In the spring, this wood is alive with color. Greens of every imaginative color the canopies. Dark greens, bright lime greens, soft, pallid greens and even a few neon greens in the right light. In the winter, the Verloney Woods simply looks dead. The branches of the trees resemble skeletons, with long, bony fingers reaching up to a cement-slab sky. |

→ SKLARIO LAKEabout a mile off of the Verloney Woods, Sklario Lake sits. It's a wide lake, although not very deep; coming up around the mid-knees to an adult horse. The land surrounding it quickly becomes rocky, with all sorts of pebbles and stones, and also very bumpy. The Lake itself is always very calm; the water often resembles a thin sheet of sky-colored glass. Only on the windiest of days does the water stir, and when it does it has sort of a surrealist effect. The waves come out in short, graceful wings, then fold back into the lake's murky bottom. Sklario Lake is the only lake in Kodavlu known to stay unfrozen during winter, and therefore becomes a major resource in such times. |

→ PRAVADI MEADOWPravadi Meadow comes on quickly; suddenly long, hair-like grass shows up around the rocky land by the lake. Pravadi Meadow is extremely dream-like. The grass is very long and tickles any horse's legs. It's a constant shade of pallid green, and dances so graceful in the wind it seems to be made of liquid. Although there are no trees in the meadow, it's still a very nice place to hang around because the cud is very tender and always coated in sweet dew. Pravadi Meadow is very large; almost a mile wide and just under a mile long. So make sure it's safe if you're going to hang out around here, because there's no shelter anywhere else. |

→ CRYSALLI COVElocated on the very western edge of Kodavlu is Crysalli Cove. What this 'cove' actually is is a small, murky beach with many tiny caves and dens dotted around it. The beach itself isn't very nice, but the many coves provide excellent shelter. The rock is dark brown in color and has a very rough texture from always being worn down from the sea. Constantly, coves are being worn down into misshapen stones, and new coves are being created. The coves range in size; some big enough for an elephant and others barely small enough for a mouse. They have been known to withstand any kind of weather. |

→ AUSUCHY DESERT to get from western Kodavlu to eastern Kodavlu, you need to cross the seemingly endless Ausuchy Desert. Like any desert, this one has thick, hot air with a scorching sun. The sand isn't the normal yellow-brown, but a bright, searing red, like the color of molten lava. It cooks under the sun and often grows to over ninety degrees in heat. There's absolutely no vegetation in the desert - just sand and hills. Many horses have perished crossing over, which is why many choose to settle on one side of Kodavlu and never leave. |

→ CHIROLAR CREEKa typical mountain stream. Chirolar Creek is skinny and thin; it winds through the rough, mountainous landscape of eastern Kodavlu like a snake. The water is crystal clear and always extremely cold, as it's actually melted snow from the mountains. The creek isn't very deep at all, and barely comes up an inch. However, because it winds so far throughout the lands, Chirolar Creek is the main source of water in eastern Kodavlu. |

→ UKRECHE CAVESaround the base of the Majosto Mountains, these caves lie. They are all grouped around one another, making the side of the mountain they're located on look like a giant, stony sponge. Most of the caves are big enough for a big, heavy-hoofed draft horse, and therefore make a nice shelter... if you're not afraid of the dark. The caves are also deep and thick with shadows. Only half of the caves have been explored and map. The deepest of them all is over one hundred yards, and the smallest just under ten. If you can get over the dark, these caves provide a very nice shelter from the weather and other horses. |

→ MAJOSTO MOUNTAINSthe Majosto Mountains mark the end of Kodavlu lands. These mountains are very majestic, with wide, jagged peaks that reach up and kiss the sky. No one has ever dared to climb them before; and hopefully no one will. The highest of them is much taller than Mount Everest, or any mountain any of us have in the real world. However, if someone was ever able to make it up to the highest mountain's peak, they would be stunned. You can see all of Kodavlu from up there; every tree, lake, stream, nook and cranny. Simply beautiful. But, there is also the small cluster of hills located around the mountains that can be used. However, the terrain is very rough and there's no vegetation. |
