appearance: The first thing one notices upon laying eyes on him is the whiteness of his coat. It's blinding, really; it seems to glow in darkness and in strong light it's hard to look at. Otherwise, the first glance is not too special. He's slightly tall and wiry in a fit sort of way, but it's really not that special. Upon closer inspection, one is able to see the speckles that adorn his coat. They are charcoal colored and tend to be about an inch around, spotting his underbelly. A series of slightly smaller dots surround his left eye (left if you're looking at him) in a nearly perfect circle. That brings us to the eyes themselves, a dark brown that appears nearly black. Yes, they may look like dark chocolate, but they are not possible to get lost in. They are not deep pools of emotion. They are simply eyes, and that is that.
But of course, you have been waiting - waiting for the special features. His tail is like that of a lion, dropping about halfway the length of his back leg and ending in a tuft of white strands. Also like a lion, he is able to twist it, but such an ability never seems to come in handy. On his chin is a smallish tuft, or beard, of black hair, which blends into his black-tipped muzzle. This beard is about the same length of his tail tassel.
What would a unicorn be without a horn? Reykjavik's crowning glory - no pun intended - sits squarely in the center of his forehead and looks like an icicle. It was once nearly a meter in length, but has since been broken off so it's only about six inches long. The shattered tip slowly oozes crimson blood, as it's done since it was broken. Sometimes the flow nearly seems to stop, such as when he's calm or asleep, but during moments of intense emotion or physical activity the blood comes out at a faster pace.
personality: Ah, Reykjavik. One gets the impression that there is not much to say about him, but there is...And quite a lot, too. Rey is unable to accept higher authorities, period. That said, he's not quite disloyal, just a nuisance. After all, rules were made to be broken, and laws are only for the people who choose to follow them.
He always puts himself down, he constantly feels flawed, as if he's not good enough, but he never lets that side of him show to others. On the contrary, he acts confident around them, even somewhat arrogant. He's very immature, and could be described as Peter Pan in a grownup body. However, he's very "suave" and can easily talk to others and make them agree with him, and has been described as having a silver tongue. Rey can also be described as something of a womanizer. Though he's not, per se, a "rapist," he does enjoy the ladies, and he's good at picking them up. His days of crappy pickup lines are long gone. Once he does have a nice darling, he's a huge romantic. He composes poems of their beauty, etc etc. Unfortunately, he's rather bad at committing, and tends to move on rather fast. Still, he never means any harm. He really does love the ladies, he just can't seem to stay rooted in one place. The one good thing that can be said for Rey is his bravery. He has the unusual and acute ability to think lucidly in moments of intensity, so he makes decisions that often make him look a sight more grand than he really is.
magical powers: Rey's powers are hard to describe. Originally, he had none, but that was until his horn broke. He has discovered that if he drinks the blood that seeps from it, strange things happen. These events differ depending on the situation and are usually somewhat minor, but very odd, and also uncontrollable. For example, he once felt lonely, and tasting the blood caused him to become invisible. This lasted for a week, which rather annoyed him.
history: I'm far to lazy and it's far too long and boring. Will do when I unlazy myself >.>
