Who hasn't heard about street animal roleplays? You can't be into roleplaying animals and not see at least one or two pop up in advertisements or affiliates; most of the time it's the same idea over and over, always featuring two main species - felines and canines.
In some ways, Squeak is like the rest. Based on the busy city of New York, it's a street roleplay with the typical animal groups ('mischiefs'). We have the usual street settings; run-down buildings and apartments, restaurants, neutral territories and mischief-owned lands. But one part that sets us apart from all the rest is not where we're set, but what we roleplay.
Squeak is dedicated to realistically roleplaying rats as a main theme. And while we do allow 'special character slots' every once and awhile for other species, ninety percent of our characters are domestic-turned-feral, born 'n bred street rats, or even sewer rats! Goodluck finding that anywhere else!
